About Loretta

Loretta is a fourth-generation Howard County resident, a Howard Community College and University of Maryland BaltimoreCounty alumnus, a long-time community leader and an activist on numerous boards. Loretta’s deep commitment to public service was recognized when she received the 2004 Volunteer of the Year Award for her work with Howard County Christmas in April. She has proudly served her country in the National Guard, is a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, and has served as the Executive Aide to Delegate Gail Bates. This provided her with experience in dealings in Annapolis. She has also been an Account Executive with a Fortune 500 company, and is now the managing member of a consulting firm which assists in the management, rehabilitation and development of affordable housing. Loretta is also proud to support the right to life.
